Doctor of Audiology

Lily Hughes was awarded her Doctor of Audiology Degree in 2011 from West Virginia University. She also holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Pre-Medical & Psychology from the University of Vermont. Dr. Hughes is Board-Certified in Audiology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds the Certificate in Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a professional member of the Hearing Loss Association of America. Dr. Hughes specializes in diagnosing, evaluating and treating hearing disorders, as well as balance and dizziness, for both adults and children. Her goal is to help patients make educated decisions about their hearing and balance health so that they may return to the activities that they enjoy. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and adventuring all over Alaska with her dog, Lucy, as well as traveling internationally. You'll never catch Dr. Hughes without maple syrup from her home State of Vermont!

Mariana McIlwain

Mariana McIlwain
Doctor of Audiology

Dr. McIlwain was awarded her Doctor of Audiology Degree at the University of Washington, and completed her residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate degree at Texas State University in Communication Disorders. Her prior experience involved working with pediatric and adult patients in a private practice. Dr. McIlwain is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds the Certificate in Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. McIlwain is originally from Colombia, and is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is passionate about improving the quality of life of patients with hearing and balance dysfunction.  In her free time, Dr. McIlwain, her husband, and their dog George enjoy hiking, camping, and embracing life’s new challenges and adventures.
